Thanks to the support of thousands of local individuals and companies, United Way of Southern Maine was able to mobilize the resources to invest in United Way-led work and 73 innovative programs and collaborations at 52 community partners last year. These investments will close gaps in early childhood development, create pathways to educational and employment opportunities, and increase access to mental health care and addiction prevention and intervention services.
