United Way of Southern Maine announced three executive promotions into roles instrumental in driving the organization’s growth strategy. Dan Coyne has been named the organization’s first Chief Impact and Governance Officer, Kristin Chase Duffy has been named the organization’s first Chief Operating and Communications Officer, and Cameron Peden has been named the organization’s first Chief People and Development Officer.
“The introduction of the new C-Suite positions reflects who we are as an organization now,” said Todd Cesca, United Way of Southern Maine Board Chair and Partner, Charter Oak Capital Management. “Strong leadership in these pivotal roles will help drive our strategy as we welcome a new CEO in the next year.”
Coyne and Chase Duffy, both with more than a decade at United Way, most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Impact and Governance and Senior Vice President of Technology and Communications respectively. Peden joined in 2022 and most recently served as the Senior Vice President of People and Resources.
