What’s your favorite work moment so far? My favorite work moment so far has been seeing the people of Portland raise their hands to help the asylum seekers living at the Expo. In a climate where immigrants aren’t sure where to turn for safety and kindness, Portland opened its doors.

How do you take your coffee or tea? Summer: Cold brew with coconut milk Winter: Dirty chai latte

What’s your favorite book? It varies depending on my mood but I find myself often revisiting Les Miserables. Bonus fun fact: My orange tabby cat Hugo is named after Victor Hugo 

What’s on your bucket list? I have always, always wanted to visit the Galapagos!
